Return Window
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, based on the date shown in the carrier tracking record.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wishingwellhobby.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
Eligible Returns

Items must be in original condition, including packaging, inserts, and accessories.

Sealed collectible figures or blind-box items must remain unopened to qualify for a return, unless defective.

Returns may be rejected if products show signs of display, assembly, wear, or missing parts.
Exceptions
We do not accept refund for pre-order products in general, unless request refund in the first couple days of payment. As we count pre-order numbers, and purchase from producers. We appreciate your understanding.
Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will cover the return shipping cost or offer a replacement/refund once verified.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees, including international shipping, unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
