Wishingwellhobby offers 15-Day Return Policy for products.
The return and exchange periods apply from the first date you received your product. Your date of receipt will be the date shown on our delivery records for your order. Before initiating a return, please contact our customer support team to see if they can assist with resolving the issue.
Before sending a return, please notify us via Contact Form or email at [email protected] within 7 days of the day you receive your product, as per tracking information. Once we confirm and approve the return/exchange, you will need to ship it back to the address provided by Wishingwellhobby

Refund

Tracking details for the returned goods must be provided within 7 days from the start of your return process.
Once the inspection is complete, refunds will be initiated within 7 working days.
Refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase of the returned goods. Typically, refunds should be credited to your account within 2 days, depending on your bank's procedures.
Shipping costs incurred during your purchase are non-refundable.
