Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a simple 7-day return policy for most items.

Returning an Unopened Item:

  • Unopened items can be returned within 7 days for a full refund, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
  • The item and packaging must be in original condition.

Returning a Defective Item:

  • If your item is defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund. We may request a picture to help us resolve the issue.
  • Minor cosmetic issues or packaging condition are not considered defects.

How to Return:

  1. Contact Customer Service ([email protected]) for a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible).
  3. We’ll provide a return address for your authorized return to our warehouse in China.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent).
  • We’ll process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Important Notes:

  • Do not place the shipping label directly on the original product box.
  • Refused or undeliverable shipments due to customer error may incur additional fees.
  • International customers are responsible for import fees and duties.
  • If the tracking shows “Delivered,” we cannot refund claims of non-receipt.
